What a Meal Includes
Build Your Own Breakfast and/or Lunch:
Students must select a minimum of 3 food groups:
- 1/2 Cup Serving of Fruits or Vegetables
+ - 2 Servings of Bread/Grain, Milk, Protein, Fruits and/or Vegetables in any combination
